Ancestry has nadda, zip.. was this a maiden name or married name? I see her in the SSN index but no last residence is listed. She could have passed away anywhere in the US.
I did find this, below, have no idea if it has anything to do with this person other then it beeing in Oregon. Might be a family member:

Mr. Wilson was born April 12, 1925, in Portland. During World War II, he served in the Navy. He was an electrician for Portland General Electric for 41 years. In 1972, he married W. Mae Turner Meeks.
Survivors include his wife; son, Scott; daughter, Katrina; stepson, Tom Meeks; stepdaughter, Roberta Logan; brother, Don; sister, Mearle Van Rheen; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife; son, Scott; daughter, Katrina; stepson, Tom Meeks; stepdaughter, Roberta Logan; I doubt if this is her, she died a month earlier in July 2006 so wouldn't be a survivor (unless she was estranged and the family didn't know she was deceased.) The peoplefinder I subscribe to also has two other Oregon addresses for her in Aumsville and Stayton. Larry

Helen Burns-Logan, 76
Longtime Alaskan and Anchor Point resident Helen S. Burns-Logan, 76, died Dec. 5, 2005, from complications of a brain tumor at South Peninsula Hospital Long Term Care in Homer.
A private family service will be in Florence, Ala., where her ashes will be laid to rest in the family plot.
Mrs. Burns-Logan was born July 4, 1929, in Florence, Ala. She was a 39-year Alaska resident.
She retired after 27 years of power trolling in Southeast Alaska, where she was owner and operator of a boat. She was well known in many communities throughout Southeast Alaska.
She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star Chapter No. 7 in Juneau.
She loved sewing, arts and crafts. She had also owned and operated her own gift shop in Juneau until retiring because of illness.
She is survived by her husband, George Logan of Anchor Point; daughter, Linda Ally of Washington; granddaughters, Connie, Glenda and Roberta, all of Washington; grandson, Art of Washington; brothers, Ralph Stanfield of Texas and Roy Stanfield of Alabama; and many great-grandchildren.
Arrangements are with Homer Funeral Home.
