Dear Ruth.
Schötmar (note the correct spelling) is a district or part of the city of Bad Salzuflen. That's located in Lippe County in the German State of Nordrhein-Westfalen.

There are several burial grounds in the city of Bad Salzuflen and even several in the district of Schötmar alone. Until 1837 the district's burial ground was located right next to the Lutheran St. Kilian's Church. It was closed by 1842 and eventually leveled and the area used for the city's center and as a market place. As the city grew the next established cemeteries were the Funekefriedhof, located at Lemgoer Str. and the Werrefriedhof, located at the Oerlinghauser Str. Then there is also a Jewish Cemetery also at Oerlinghauser Str.
The city of Bad Salzuflen has another 10 or so cemeteries.
So far none of them had been listed on Find A Grave.
And just to mention: Only 1900 of the approximately 32,000 German cemeteries are so far listed on Findagrave.
Back to your original question. It needs to be established on which one of the cemeteries in Schötmar your person or persons is/are buried.
The Friedhof (cemetery) Lieme is in the small city of Lemgo. Talle and Ludenhausen are other localities with several cemeteries as well.
Good luck in your future research.
