I hope i'm not breaking any rules here. I am new to this, so just let me know if I am.
I thought it might be helpful, and maybe even nice to organize the contributors in my area to tackle large cemeteries together. We can go at the same time to gather photos and such, or just assign sections...
Would anyone in Knoxville be interested?

Hi, don't believe you are breaking any "rules" but you may want to also post this down below in the Tennessee forum. It may catch the eye of some locals for you.

Good luck and welcome!

Actually don't repost it as that is where this post needs to be. Just continue the thread here as an admin will move it.

Don't take this as critical. Just the way it is. When you're new, you don't always know where to post. This particular set of threads is for help with the site itself.

The Tennessee forum will hopefully get you someone from Tennessee who is interested. You can also look through cemeteries in your area and contact those who have taken photos. A local man here has done that and has organized a few get-togethers.

Hopefully, contributors who read this will offer ideas on what they do, regardless of where they are!

I'm in Knoxville and wouldn't mind getting together. Its been a million years since I've been on this site. I'll have to remember how to do everything again.

I do not live in Knoxville, but my daughter does - UT(at)K grad school - and my mom lives just south in Rhea County. Mayb we could get together at one point. smile
