MSOG Merrimack Valley & Middlesex Chapters will be holding a joint meeting at NARA (National Archives, Waltham, MA) this Sat. at 10:30 AM. Jean Nudd, Archivist of NARA will speak.

This will be followed by Sharon Christensen demonstrating Steve's Morse's One Step Tool for the 1940 Census.

Rick Wetmore & Pam Holland will discuss and demonstrate how to index the 1940 Census. MSOG is a Partner Society for the Familysearch's 1940 Census Indexing Project The more of us that sign up to index the 1940 census, the sooner we will be able to use the index!

Bring your laptop to sign up and practice indexing. A laptop will be useful to practice Steve Morse's tool. (NARA now has wifi!)

Many of us will be bringing a bagged lunch, too! If you like you may bring a snack to share with our group. We have new members coming and looking forward to seeing many of you there!
