just a thought on the 1880 census, the way Tessy is placed on the census makes me think she is not a daughter of the head of household, maybe a niece? Also saw family trees that indicate her father was a Hall?

Hall would be the mother's maiden name.Maybe a mix up ? Can any one find a 1890 census ? I found a 1900 census and she would be 25 years old and not living with them. Most of the 1890 census records were destroyed in a fire.
