The following tip from Mark (with humble apologies to said Mark for rewriting of the instructions) was posted sometime in March 2010 on the Help Forum but has since disappeared due to the recent-and-regular purge in that section by Admin. Perhaps in this thread it will remain available for a longer time.
Tip:
To do a search for every cemetery in a particular county in England, begin with a full search for all of England. Find-A-Grave will say that there are too many records and that one should go back and refine the search so that it returns fewer results. Disregard.
Now go into the address bar at the top of the screen, where the url reads the following:
http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=csr&CScn=&CScntry=5&CSst=0In the last segment of the string, replace the 0 part of the CSst=0, with any one of the following codes, which will then drill the search down to the chosen county level. There will likely still be several pages of cemeteries in the list for the county, but it ought to be a much more manageable quantity to search through.
