So many ideas happen after you hit the submit button...lol Please make sure before adding a new memorial you do a search to make sure there isn't one here already. We try to avoid duplicate memorials like the plague. The best way is to remember -

Your nephew should not stay at a motel. That's not a reasonable solution to the situation. As I recall, you've said your aunt and uncle live next door to you. Can he stay with them and visit with you a time or two during his stay with them?

Sue for what? Certainly not monetary damages. Small claims courts in most places will take only actions where there are monetary claims.
