Your nephew should not stay at a motel. That's not a reasonable solution to the situation. As I recall, you've said your aunt and uncle live next door to you. Can he stay with them and visit with you a time or two during his stay with them?

Sue for what? Certainly not monetary damages. Small claims courts in most places will take only actions where there are monetary claims.

I wonder how many people who live alone stock up at the warehouse stores? If I bought food items there, they would likely go bad before I could use it up. Now, if I had a secret stash of people living in my house it might be another story.
