Can you ask edit to add a note that the remains have been moved to an unknown cemetery in Kentucky? There has to be disinterment information and a removal permit on file with the town that states to where the remains are being moved. At a minimum

I too have made an effort of "finding the grave" for a few unknown burials. The easiest ones were right there in the obit posted on the memorial but I guess the obits weren't actually read before making those memorial!
