Yes - I think I know the type you are talking about. Doesn't like being corrected, even in a polite manner. Doesn't appreciate photographic evidence to prove the correction etc etc etc. . . always got an excuse for getting it wrong.

Or you could just buy distilled water. (Not all well water is 'pure' - we had some that had a heavy iron content and I couldn't use bleach on anything or I would get brown stains on the clothes)
